Nelfrard Nito is an agricultural engineer and theologian. He is the author of the socio-evangelical essay "Haiti drifts ignoring the North". 

He currently works as an educator by establishing the evangelical college, Institut Evangelique la Semence in the commune of Saint Louis du Nord. He also helps in coaching and supporting civil society organizations working in the environment, integrated agriculture, and community health. 

In the evangelical field, he is working to establish a Baptist church in his hometown.
