Leon David is a bicultural Haitian native raised in the greater Boston area. He is a social worker, nonprofit professional, and community organizer who values collaboration toward innovation, strengths-based and solutions-focused approaches to treatment and problems.

As a passionate humanist and pan-Africanist, applying what he calls "the social work approach to development," Leon was a founding board member of EqualHealth and is a current board member of Harbor Health Services. Leon welcomes opportunities for discovery along points of intersection, particularly where urban agriculture meets other disciplines.

As one of the first young people to connect with Eagle Eye over 20 years ago, Leon looks forward to contributing to and continuing the legacy of Eagle Eye in connecting youth from similar backgrounds and experiences to the transformative, educational, and regenerative qualities nature offers.
